If your development has a heat network, the heat is generated onsite. This means the Heat Supplier is usually the Freeholder or Building Owner. They may appoint other providers to deliver certain services, such as:
- Metering and billing
- System maintenance
You can confirm who your Heat Supplier is by checking the first page of your Data Energy bill.
