I'm having issues navigating the Customer Portal - what do I do?

There are several features available to you within the Customer Portal. You can…

  • view and monitor your energy consumption
  • access copy bills, credited bills (if any) as well as view any reminders issued for your account
  • make payments
  • access your account “Transaction History” 
  • notify us of changes to your account
