I'm unable to access my Customer Portal account - what do I do?

If you have received an error message when trying to log into the Customer Portal, there may be issues with your login credentials, or your account may not be active anymore.

In the first instance, we recommend selecting the ‘Reset my password’ option. If the issue persists and you are unable to log in after several attempts, please contact our Customer Care team by submitting a support ticket and one of our advisers will get back to you shortly. 

Should the issue require our technical team to be involved, we will forward your query to them and provide you with updates whilst this is resolved.

If you have recently vacated the property and have received your final bill from us, your account will have been deactivated, and you will no longer be able to log into your Customer Portal account.
