I'm managing multiple properties - can I link them to one account?

Yes. The Customer Portal is available to letting agents and landlords. You can manage multiple properties in one place.

To get started, register for a Customer Portal account. You can then add additional properties and manage them all under the same log in. If you don't yet have an account, see our step-by-step guide here.

 

To link additional properties

  • You’ll need the Paypoint and PIN numbers for each property. You can find these on your bill.
  • Once you’re logged in, selected Link new Account from the menu on the left under Manage your account. 

     

If you need to link more than ten apartments

  • Get in touch with our Customer Care team by submitting a ticket
  • Provide a list of the apartments you manage, along with proof of management
  • Our team will link the properties to the account for you
