Yes, our Customer Portal allows you to link multiple properties to one account. To link an additional property to your account, please use the PayPoint and PIN numbers allocated to that particular property. These details can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of the bill.
Once logged in, select the 'Link New Account' button on the left-hand side under 'Manage your account' to link more properties.
If you need to link more than 10 properties to your Customer Portal account, you can submit the request with our Customer Care team, providing list of apartments you manage along with a proof of management, and we will link the properties our end to your account.
