Yes. The Customer Portal is available to letting agents and landlords. You can manage multiple properties in one place.
To get started, register for a Customer Portal account. You can then add additional properties and manage them all under the same log in. If you don't yet have an account, see our step-by-step guide here.
To link additional properties
- You’ll need the Paypoint and PIN numbers for each property. You can find these on your bill.

Once you’re logged in, selected Link new Account from the menu on the left under Manage your account.
If you need to link more than ten apartments
- Get in touch with our Customer Care team by submitting a ticket
- Provide a list of the apartments you manage, along with proof of management
- Our team will link the properties to the account for you
