We are not an energy supplier, but simply a metering and billing agent, specifically appointed by your Heat Supplier, Freeholder or Building Owner (c/o the Managing Agent) to raise and issue bills for the energy you use.
We’re happy to help you with any queries you have regarding the charges on your bill, or any payment related issues. However, as we do not own any of the equipment onsite, nor do we supply the energy to your property, there may be cases in which we have to refer you to your Managing Agent or Building Owner.
