When should I contact my Managing Agent or Heat Supplier?
Some issues sit outside our role because we don’t own, maintain or operate the equipment that supplies your home.
For example, you’ll usually need to contact your Managing Agent or Heat Supplier if:
- You have no heating or hot water
- Your HIU (Heat Interface Unit) isn’t working properly
- There’s a fault with equipment in your building
- You need repairs or maintenance to be arranged
If we’re unable to help directly, we’ll always do our best to point you in the right direction.
