I'm a Pay-as-you-go customer and have just moved in - what do I do?

Welcome to Data Energy!

To notify us that you have moved into the property, please complete our online Change of Tenancy form at your earliest convenience, so we can register your details and issue your Welcome Pack. Your Welcome Pack will include an introductory letter and a useful guide on how to make payments, as well as how your system operates and its benefits.

Sometimes, there may be a negative balance on the account when you move in, and the supply may be disconnected as a result. To ensure that you only pay for the energy you have consumed, please contact us over the phone via 01279 810 119 or by submitting a support ticket so we can look into this for you and reset the account balance.
