Im struggling to pay my bill, can I agree on a payment plan?

We understand that financial situations can change. If you're having difficulty paying your utility invoices, we're here to help. We offer a range of payment methods, including instalment plans, to support you during challenging times.

You can choose to pay your bill in full or in instalments. If you’re unable to pay in full, you may request a payment plan (instalment plan), subject to approval from your Managing Agent.

To apply for a payment plan, your request must be submitted in writing. Please raise a support ticket here. Please note, payment plans cannot be agreed over the phone. However, our Customer Care team is available on 01279 810 119 to discuss your situation and help you submit your written request.

To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following:

  • Full property address
  • Account reference number
  • The account balance you wish to pay in instalments
  • Your proposed monthly instalment amount

Once we receive your request, our Customer Care team will acknowledge receipt and advise you on the next steps.

Please note that all payment plans are subject to approval by your Managing Agent. We will liaise with them on your behalf to negotiate the terms. However, be aware that your request may be declined by the Managing Agent, and in such cases, alternative payment arrangements will be discussed with you.
