You can pay your bills quickly and securely through your Customer Portal account. If you haven’t yet registered, click here.
How do I make a payment?
- Log into your Customer Portal account.
- Go to Make Payment.
- Enter the amount you’d like to pay.
- Select Pay.

You’ll be redirected to your online banking app to complete the payment securely via GoCardless.
Paying by debit or credit card
If you’d prefer to make a payment by debit or credit card, you can.
- Go to Make a Payment.
- Select the 'Click Here' link at the bottom of the page.
- The 'Pay' button will then change to Continue.
- Enter the amount you’d like to pay, select Continue.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
A few things to know
- Payments can take a few hours to appear on your account.
- Once processed, they’ll show in the Recent Transactions section of your Customer Portal.
- You can make payments of up to £500 through the Customer Portal.

- We don’t currently accept American Express cards.
