How do I make a payment via the Customer Portal?

To make a payment, log into your Customer Portal account then go to the 'Make Payment' section and enter the amount you would like to pay. Click 'Continue' and follow the instructions by adding your card details. Your account number will be automatically pre-filled.

Payments made via Customer Portal will not be reflected instantly on your account balance. Please allow a few hours for your balance to be updated. All payments made via the Customer Portal will be visible in the 'Recent Transactions' section of your account.

We are unable to accept American Express card payments.
