How do I make a payment via the Customer Portal?

You can pay your bills quickly and securely through your Customer Portal account. If you haven’t yet registered, click here.

 

How do I make a payment?

  1. Log into your Customer Portal account.
  2. Go to Make Payment.
  3. Enter the amount you’d like to pay.
  4. Select Pay.
  5. You’ll be redirected to your online banking app to complete the payment securely via GoCardless.

     

Paying by debit or credit card

If you’d prefer to make a payment by debit or credit card, you can.

  1. Go to Make a Payment.
  2. Select the 'Click Here' link at the bottom of the page.
  3. The 'Pay' button will then change to Continue.
  4. Enter the amount you’d like to pay, select Continue.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.

A few things to know

  • Payments can take a few hours to appear on your account.
  • Once processed, they’ll show in the Recent Transactions section of your Customer Portal.
  • You can make payments of up to £500 through the Customer Portal.
  • If you’d like to make a payment of more than £500, please visit the Residents Hub, or see our article How can I pay my bill?
  • We don’t currently accept American Express cards.
