If we bill you for heat, your heat meter will normally be within the Heat Interface Unit (HIU).
In some developments, meters are outside the apartment, often in a riser cupboard at the base of the block.
Your Data Energy bill shows the Meter Serial Number for your account. You can match this with the number on the front of your meter to confirm it’s the right one.
