It is usually the Freeholder / Building Owner’s responsibility to maintain your meter, however this would be stipulated within your Lease Agreement. If you are not sure, please get in touch with the Managing Agent for your development.
Even if this is the Freeholder / Building Owner’s responsibility, we would advise that you take immediate action if you do notice any issue with your meter, as this can affect the accuracy of the bills you receive.
