In most cases, the meter itself is maintained by the Freeholder or Building Owner, although responsibility can vary depending on your Lease Agreement.
If you're unsure, your Managing Agent will be able to advise.
If you think there's a problem with your meter, please report it as soon as possible. Meter faults can affect the accuracy of your bills and may lead to incorrect charges.
