Why does my bill not reflect the reading I provided?

If you have submitted a meter reading to us and this has not been reflected on your bill, it may be that the reading provided was not for the specific start or end-date of the billing period we issued your charges for.

Your meter reading would have still been taken into consideration when calculating the estimates your bill was based on. For instance, if you submit a meter reading for 29/02/2024 and the next billing period starts from 01/03/2024, the starting reading from 01/03/2024 will be estimated based on the reading provided from 29/02/2024 as well as any previous consumption history.
