If metering and billing responsibilities have been transferred to another provider, your account with us will be closed as of the agreed handover date. You should have received a letter from us containing your final bill and informing you of this date.
Once your account is closed, any outstanding charges cannot be paid to Data Energy. Please consult your Managing Agent for guidance on where to make payments moving forward.
If your account had a credit balance, it will have been transferred to the Managing Agent for the development. You will need to contact them directly to request a refund.
The closing reading used to generate your final bill will have been provided to the Managing Agent or the new provider. Please check that this is the opening reading they have used for your next billing cycle.
