How is my bill sent?

Our default billing method is paperless to help make the planet a little greener!

You can verify how your account is currently being billed by logging into your Customer Portal account and scrolling to the ‘Paperless billing’ section. Select your development, and scroll down to view Account Actions, Further Help and Paperless Billing. Here, you can click to opt-in to paperless billing. You can opt out at any time. If you don’t yet have a Customer Portal account and need help setting one up, please click here.

You can also contact our Customer Care team and provide us with your email address that will be added to your account in due course.

If you do not wish to switch to paperless billing, you may be charged a postal billing fee of £2.50 (incl. VAT) per letter, reflected as a new line-item on the invoices you receive.
