You can simply request a refund if you’ve got a positive balance left on your account, by submitting a support ticket to our customer service team. Please select ‘Refund Request’ from the drop-down menu on the ticket page and fill in the form provided. One of our Customer Care advisers will respond to your query shortly to confirm that your refund request was processed. Once you have received confirmation from us, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reach your bank account.
