I don't have an in-home display - how do I monitor my consumption?

If you haven’t got an in-home display, there is most likely an IKnoWatt (IKW3) hub installed at your property, which looks like this:

There may also be a QR-code attached to your meter, which will take you directly to the payment section of our online portal and will show your current account balance.

You can manage and monitor your energy consumption through your online Customer Portal account. If you haven’t created a Customer Portal account yet, please refer to our How do I create a Customer Portal account? article.
