Your bill may include the heating, hot water and water services supplied to your home.
The services you receive will depend on the communal system in your building. You can see exactly what you're being charged for in the Bill Breakdown section of your bill.
How do we calculate your usage?
Where possible, we use readings from the meter in your home to work out how much energy or water you've used. This means your bill is based on your actual usage and the tariff agreed for your development.
If we're unable to collect a meter reading, we'll use an estimated reading instead.
