A direct debit is great way to pay your energy bills, ensuring the invoices are settled timely without worry of missed payments.
If you would like to set up a direct debit mandate, click here and fill in the form. The direct debit will be taken from your nominated bank account on/around payment due date, which you can find on your bill.
Please note that this option will not charge a specific amount each month, instead, payments will be taken on or around your invoice due date and will differ based on the total outstanding balance on the account. If you wish to pay a specific amount into your account to build up a credit over time, you can set up a standing order through your mobile banking app or by visiting your bank’s local branch.
