Who manages the heat network?

  • Updated

The Heat Supplier is responsible for managing the heat network. However, in most cases, the Heat Supplier would appoint a Managing Agent.

The Managing Agent would manage the service charge and oversee the provision of heat / the charging processes, appointing service providers on their behalf. You can find out who your Managing Agent is by referring to the first page of your Data Energy bill.
