Instead of a boiler, your home has a Heat Interface Unit (HIU). The HIU:
- Transfers heat from the building’s main pipe network (primary circuit) into your home (secondary circuit).
- Includes a heat meter which records the exact amount of energy you use, measured in kWh, for billing purposes.
