Bill Support

  • Updated

If you're worried about paying your bill, please get in touch as soon as possible. The sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can talk through your options.

Payment plans

If you're unable to pay your bill in full, we may be able to help. With approval from your Managing Agent, we may be able to set up a payment plan to spread the cost over a longer period. You can find more information here.

To discuss your options:

  • Submit a ticket
  • Call us on 01279 810 119
  • You can reach our Customer Care team from Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm.

Extra support for vulnerable residents

If you or someone in your household is vulnerable or needs extra support, please contact your Building Owner or Managing Agent.

They may have a Priority Services Register (PSR), which helps identify residents who may need additional support. If this applies to you, you can ask your Building Owner or Managing Agent to be registered.

You can find out more about PSR at thepsr.co.uk.
