Data Energy isn't your energy supplier. We’ve been appointed by your Building Owner or Managing Agent to look after the metering and billing for the utility services provided to your home.
Your building is connected to a communal heating system, sometimes known as a heat network. Because of this, your bills are issued by Data Energy rather than a traditional gas or electricity supplier.
The services you're billed for will depend on your building. You can see exactly what you're being charged for in the Bill Breakdown section of your bill.
