If a tenant has moved out, you'll first need to submit a Change of Tenancy Form. You can find more information in our Moving In/Moving Out article.
Once the change of tenancy form has been submitted, we'll issue a final bill covering charges up to the tenant's move-out date.
To check whether there is an outstanding balance:
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- Complete and submit the Change of Tenancy Form.
- Wait for the final bill to be issued.
- Check the Overall Account Balance section on the final bill.
After the final invoice due date has passed, you can check whether the account has been paid in full by logging into the Customer Portal and reviewing the Overall Account Balance section.
- If the balance is £0.00, all payments have been received and the account is up to date.
- If an outstanding balance remains, you can view the related invoice(s) in the My Transactions section of the portal.
