How can I request a statement and copy invoices for an outstanding balance?

If you've received a reminder about an outstanding balance and need a statement or copy invoice, here's how to get the documents you need.

An account statement provides a summary of activity on your account, including invoices issued, payments received, credits applied and any remaining balance. You can view a list of transactions in the My Transactions section of your Customer Portal.

copy invoice is the original bill showing the amount that remains outstanding. You can also access copy bills through the Customer Portal.

 

To download a copy bill from the Customer Portal:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the BillingInvoices or Statements section.
  3. Select the invoice or statement you need.
  4. Download a copy for your records.

  • Your account name
  • Your account number
  • The invoice number (if you have it)
  • Whether you need an account statement, a copy of the outstanding invoice(s), or both

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll send the documents to the email address registered on your account.
