If you’ve recently bought or sold the property, please let us know by filling out a Change of Leaseholder (COL)form.
If you’re a tenant, your Landlord or Letting Agency needs to notify us about your move-in or move-out date. They’ll need to fill out a Change of Tenancy (COT) form via their online Customer Portal account within 30 days of the tenancy starting or ending.
Just a heads-up, we can’t accept a COT form from tenants directly.
If the Leaseholder or letting agency doesn’t notify us within 30 days, charges might apply. To avoid any issues, please make sure the form is submitted on time. We’re here to help if you need anything.
