I need additional support - what should I do?

  • Updated

If you or someone living on your home is vulnerable and needs extra support, it’s important to let the right people know.

Who should I contact?

  • Private tenants – Contact your landlord or letting agent.
  • Social tenants – Contact your Housing Association.
  • Homeowners – Contact your Managing Agent or Building Owner.

Why is this important?

Your Managing Agent or Building Owner should keep a Priority Services Register (PSR). This helps ensure that residents who may need additional support are identified and considered appropriately. You can find out more about Priority Services Registers at thepsr.co.uk

Can I tell Data Energy directly?

Yes. We keep a record of residents who may be vulnerable or need additional support in relation to their utility supply.

If you, or someone in your household, needs extra support, please get in touch with us so we can add the relevant details to our register. This helps us understand your needs and provide appropriate support when you contact us.

You can call our Customer Care team on 01279 810 119, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.

If your circumstance change, you can also contact us at any time to update or remove your details.
