How we receive your details depends on your circumstances.
If you’re a Leaseholder
For new-build apartments, your Managing Agent will provide us with the information we need to set up your billing account. This may include your:
- Name
- Postal address
- Email address (if available)
If you’ve recently purchased an existing property, a Change of Leaseholder Form must be completed so we can update our records.
If you’re a tenant
Your landlord of letting agent must complete a Change of Tenancy Form so we can update the account details.
Depending on the billing arrangements for your development, your details may either be added to the existing account or used to create a new account in your name.
How do we use your information?
We use your information to:
- Set up and manage your account
- Issue bills and account communications
- Process payments
- Provide customer care
Your information is stored securely and only used for legitimate business purposes.
What are my rights?
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. To do this, please submit a ticket to our Customer Care team. Your request will be passed on to your GDPR Officer to review.
How do I report a data protection concern?
If you believe your personal information has been used incorrectly, or you suspect a data breach, please contact us as soon as possible by submitting a support ticket.
