Can I set up a payment plan?

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned financially, and we want to reassure you that we’re here to help. 

If you're having trouble paying your utility bills, we offer flexible payment options, including instalment plans, to make things a bit easier. You can access our list of payment methods here.

If paying your bill in full isn’t possible right now, you can request a payment plan. Please note that it will need approval from your Managing Agent.

 

Here’s how to request a payment plan:

  1. Submit a written request - Please submit a ticket to let us know you’d like to set up a payment plan.
  2. Include these details so we can process your request quickly:
    • Full property address
    • Account reference number
    • The account balance you want to pay in instalments
    • Your suggested monthly instalment amount

We can’t set up payment plans over the phone, but our Customer Care team is always available on 01279 810 119 if you want to discuss your situation or need help submitting your request.

Once we’ve received your request, we’ll let you know what happens next and keep you updated.

 

Important things to keep in mind:

  • All payment plans are subject to approval by your Managing Agent.
  • We’ll work directly with them on your behalf to agree on the best way forward.

If your request is declined by your Managing Agent, we’ll reach out to you to discuss alternative options.
