I would like to add a tenant to my account - what should I do?

If tenants have recently moved in or out of your property, just let us know by filling out our online Change of Tenancy (COT) form via your Customer Portal account. We’ll need to receive this within 30 days of the move-in or move-out date.

 If we don’t hear from you within that time, there may be additional charges added.

One thing to keep in mind: we can’t process any changes before the move happens, so please wait until the move has taken place before sending us the form.

 Once we receive a COT form for a new tenant, we’ll set them up an account and they can register for the Customer Portal.
