Viewing your meter readings
If meter readings are available on your account, you can view them through the Customer Portal.
Simply select the month you’d like to view. You’ll also have the option to download the information if needed.
Why might meter readings not be available?
There are a couple of common reasons why meter readings may not appear on your Customer Portal account.
1. Your account is affected by privacy rules
To protect residents’ personal information, we can’t display a tenant's usage data to their landlord / leaseholder.
Additionally, final bills will not show the tenant's Customer Portal PayPoint or PIN numbers.
Once a tenancy or lease ends and the final bill is issued, the tenant or leaseholder’s details are removed, and portal access is revoked.

2. We’re not receiving metering data
In some cases, we may not be receiving meter readings from your meter remotely. If this happens, meter readings may not be available to view online.
