Why have estimated readings been used?

We use actual meter readings whenever possible. However, if we're unable to collect readings from your meter, your bill may be based on estimated readings instead.

This might be because we are no currently receiving automatic data from your meter. 

We’ll work with your Building Owner / Managing Agent to resolve the issue affect your meter. In the meantime, using estimated readings means we can continue to send you bills, so you don’t get a back-up of charges.
