You can see all the meter readings we hold for your home by logging into your Customer Portal account.
If you haven’t set one up yet, please see our article: How do I create a Customer Portal account?
In the Portal, you’ll find a graph showing your daily energy use, usually in kilowatt hours (kWh).
- If we’ve received actual data from your meter, this will be shown.
- If no actual data was available for a specific date, the graph will display an estimated reading.
