How do I track a ticket?

Need help? The quickest way to contact us is by submitting a ticket.

Once you've submitted your ticket, we'll send you a confirmation email straight away. A member of our Customer Care team will then review your enquiry and get back to you. We aim to respond within 3 to 5 working days.

You can also keep track of your ticket, and view your old tickets, by creating a Help Centre account.

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Click ‘Log In’ in the top right corner of the Help Centre.
  2. If you’ve already sent in a ticket, just click ‘Get Password’ and enter the email address you used to submit the ticket.
  3. You’ll get an email inviting you to set up a new password. Once done, you’ll be logged into the Help Centre.

Now, when you click your name in the top right corner, you’ll see a drop-down with options. Just choose ‘Requests’ to see and track your tickets.

On the My Requests page, you’ll find a history of all your tickets. Simply click on a ticket to read our replies or upload anything extra you’d like us to see.
